In this group, we cover all the things we wish we knew sooner, from how to manage your money, to understanding taxes, the importance of saving for retirements, and becoming familiar with your entitlements and resources. While we review how to maintain financial literacy and health, we will also review daily psychology we can all use to understand ourselves and manage our relationships better, such as getting to know our attachment styles, setting boundaries (and how that looks culturally), learning how to self-soothe using a harm reduction lens.
