The Patient Experience team at Callen-Lorde provides support to patients while examining trends to help identify areas for improvement. We take a proactive approach and work with patients who require or request assistance to assist with navigating care.

We make every effort to get you what you need, when you need it, with compassion, respect, and understanding.

We can assist with:

  • Complaints
  • Requests for assistance
  • Behavioral incidents
  • Accessibility issues
  • Prescription refills/renewals
