Clinical Care Committee

Callen-Lorde’s Clinical Care Committee is the subcommittee of the Board of Directors that is charged with ensuring high-quality health care delivery at Callen-Lorde. To that end, the committee does the following:

  • Reviews clinical dashboard, benchmarks and measures
  • Sets goals on a biannual basis
  • Reviews and revises dashboard measures as needed
  • Reviews and advises on interventions; an
  • On occasion, reviews documents requiring Board sign off by outside agencies (i.e., some policies and procedures, clinical practice guidelines, etc.)
