26th Annual Community Health Awards
The Community Health Awards is our signature gala celebrating leaders who champion LGBTQ+ health, visibility and equity. In its 26th year, this unforgettable evening unites over 600 guests, including corporate partners, creatives, elected officials and community leaders, for a night of storytelling, performances and tributes.
Honorees
This year, we will recognize the Keith Haring Foundation, Callen-Lorde’s partner for a decade. The Foundation shares our commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ health and our passion for ending the AIDS epidemic. Together, our greatest source of pride is the Keith Haring Nurse Practitioner Postgraduate Fellowship in LGBTQ+ Health, which trains leaders to provide high quality, patient-centered, culturally responsive and compassionate primary care to LGBTQ+ communities.
During the evening, you will also meet three special families—Annie Fan & Sung Ki Park, Stephanie & Scott Rostan, and Jennifer & Eddy Salcedo—who are being honored for their exceptional advocacy and support for the LGBTQ+ community. The allyship, love and generosity exemplified by these families is inspiring and needed more than ever during these incredibly challenging times.
Program
This year, we’ll be joined by our host—star of stage and screen—Peppermint! You may know her as the fan-favorite finalist from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 9 or as the first openly trans woman to originate a principal role, starring in Head Over Heels on Broadway. But beyond her many appearances across television and live performances, Peppermint is also a trusted and expert voice on issues impacting transgender communities. Her advocacy, authenticity and charisma has shaped the future of entertainment and LGBTQ+ visibility.
Reprising her role as our favorite auctioneer, Dana Goldberg returns to CHA! Dana is a force of nature on stage. With headlining performances spanning the globe, her quick wit and playful stage presence has won her fans from all walks of life. Combining her gift of humor with humanitarian efforts, Dana has raised over $70M for non-profits around the country in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights, women’s health and HIV/AIDS education and prevention and more.

About Callen-Lorde
Callen-Lorde Community Health Center is the global leader in LGBTQ+ healthcare—providing high-quality, affirming care regardless of ability to pay, while advancing research, advocacy, and education worldwide.
Of our 24,616 patients in 2025, 68% are uninsured or on public insurance, 37% identify as transgender or non-binary and over 4,600 are living with HIV.
Additionally, over 5,000 of our patients are on PrEP, which represents more than 8.3% of all PrEP users in New York State.
Funds raised through the Community Health Awards helps offset the millions of dollars of uncompensated care provided every year. This includes support for HIV care, gender-affirming services, mental health youth programs and much more.
