Want to get involved? Our special events are an incredible way to support the health of New York’s LGBTQ communities while having a great time doing it! Whether you’ve attended our special events in the past or are new to the Callen-Lorde community we hope you’ll come out and join us. Our special events range from galas to pool parties, cocktail receptions and more – we have something for everyone!
All of our events are a great opportunity to bring friends and make news ones while supporting our life-saving mission to provide high-quality healthcare targeted to New York’s LGBTQ communities and those living with HIV/AIDS, regardless of ability to pay.

Our annual women’s event, Spring Fever recognizes influential women while raising funds for the women’s health program at Callen-Lorde. This year we’re thrilled to honor novelist, playwright and AIDS historian Sarah Schulman, for her long history of activism bringing visibility to women’s and LGBTQ rights as well as the HIV crisis, alongside Discwoman for their efforts in creating platforms for empowerment, activism and community building among cis women, trans women and genderqueer people.

Front Runners NY LGBT Pride Run

We are excited to the be the beneficiaries of this year’s Pride Run held by New York Road Runners and Front Runners, a competitive and social club for LGBT runners, multisport athletes, and their allies. Women’s Pride in the Pines

Callen-Lorde is proud to be the beneficiary of this year’s Women’s Pride in the Pines! Come celebrate Pride at the most popular women’s event of the season! Enjoy a day of socializing, drinks, food, and a silent auction. VIP party to follow from 6:00 – 9:30 PM at Pines Club on the Great South Bay. Entertainers to be announced.
