Scheduling an Appointment Online

Current Callen-Lorde patients can schedule the following types of appointments by clicking the “Schedule Appointment” button via MyChart:

• Virtual (video) Primary Care
• In-Person Primary Care

You can also request appointments via MyChart, and schedule other appointment types, through Scheduling Tickets sent by your provider, care team or a member of our staff.

All other appointments can also be scheduled by calling (212) 271-7200. If you have an urgent need, including PEP or Emergency Contraception, you will still need to call our offices to speak with our medical team.
