We are committed to providing high quality, culturally competent and sensitive health care to those who seek our services. However, the demand for our services outweighs our capacity. As we ready for expansion to Brooklyn in 2020, we anticipate continued challenges in accepting new patients.

Fees and Insurance

Callen-Lorde provides all healthcare services regardless of ability to pay. Patients can apply for an income-based discount at the front desk. For patients living with HIV, please review our Ryan White Program Information.

We accept ADAP, Medicare, Medicaid and a range of private insurance options. Please call (212) 271-7200 for more information.

If you are interested in determining your insurance eligibility (including Medicaid and plans available under the Affordable Care Act) please call (212) 271-7270 to speak with one of our friendly, LGBTQ affirming Insurance Navigators. This is a free service available to all, patients and non-patients alike.

All locations have interpretation services available upon request, including ASL, Spanish, Russian and additional languages.
