Our guest instructor Yolanda Batts, RYT 200, will guide you through simple chair yoga and meditation, sharing techniques to reduce stress and enhance wellness. This workshop is intended for women in all their diversity (cis, trans/GNC, lesbian, bisexual, straight, etc. of all ages and races/ethnicities), however ALL persons are welcome to attend.
