Callen-Lorde’s team of LGBT friendly insurance navigators are available to help determine if you’re eligible for free or low-cost health insurance under Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act and, if so, help you enroll. Our trained staff will meet with you, screen what programs and financial assistance you qualify for, help choose a plan that fits your healthcare needs and submit the application on your behalf.

Enrollers are available at our main clinic located at 356 West 18th St, and our satellite location at 39 West 19th St. during the following hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am – 8:00pm
Friday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
