Clinical Care Committee

Callen-Lorde’s Clinical Care Committee is the subcommittee of the Board of Directors that is charged with ensuring high quality health care delivery at Callen-Lorde. To that end the committee does the following:

  • Reviews clinical dashboard, benchmarks and measures;
  • Sets goals on an annual basis;
  • Reviews and revises dashboard measures, as needed;
  • Reviews and advises on interventions; and
  • On occasion, reviews documents requiring board sign off by outside agencies (i.e. some policies and procedures, clinical practice guidelines, etc.)
