On World AIDS Day, we remember the words of our namesake, Michael Callen. Today, we believe we are closer to this dream than ever, thanks to advances in prevention and treatment, such as PrEP, PEP, and U=U, or treatment as prevention.

At Callen-Lorde, we remember those we have lost by caring for those living with the disease, helping to prevent new infections through research, and reducing fear, shame, and stigma through education.
