We have developed this page with more information about our programs and locations which are currently accepting new patients.

We are committed to providing high quality, culturally competent and sensitive health care to those who seek our services. However the demand consistently outweighs our capacity to serve all who wish to come here. As we ready for expansion to Brooklyn in 2019, we anticipate continued challenges in accepting new patients.

We have a formal referral arrangement with Apicha Community Health Center for people seeking LGBTQ-affirming care in Manhattan. For folks who wish to seek care elsewhere, we encourage you to visit our referrals page.

Insurance Options

We accept ADAP, Medicare, Medicaid and a range of private insurance options. Please call (212) 271-7200 for more information.

Uninsured/Underinsured People

Callen-Lorde offers a sliding fee scale for patients based on your income. Visit co-pays can range from $20-$100. Please note that labs and prescriptions are not included in this co-pay. Any labs will be an additional cost, from approximately $50 to $150.
